Villa Roma - Outside Areas
The large 800m2 plot provides lots of space for taking it easy, and enjoying the surroundings. The villa has off-road parking, and also has a covered parking area, to keep the sun off the car.
At the rear of the villa is the main terrace area, and private swimming pool. The rear terrace has a large outside table, with seating for up to 6 people. 6 Sunbeds with cushions are also be provided, together with large parasols for much needed shade during the hottest part of the day.
The gardens are landscaped with a variety of local plants, and at the bottom of the garden is an original olive tree, which the developers carefully kept in place during building the villa.
The pool is 10m x 5m, with a both shallow (0.9m) and deep (1.8m) ends. Note that many pools in Cyprus don't have a shallow end. The pool is cleaned twice a week.
The views from the terrace and pool area are simply stunning. The area at the bottom of the garden goes down into the main valley, then rises up on the far side. At the top of the rise, Aphrodite Golf Course can be seen. The whole area around the gardens provide a tranquil environment for a peaceful holiday.
